When the objective is high-volume material removal, our rough boring systems excel. The TWE Double-Edge Rough Boring Head utilizes a new serrated sliding seat design. This creates an incredibly rigid lock-up, where the opposing cutting forces of the two inserts are mutually offset, resulting in stable, vibration-free cutting even under heavy loads.
